Default AMD K10 to be cheaper than Core 2 Quad

If AMD loses clock to clock versus 45 nanometre parts it will even have to drop the price lower. If we look at our crystal ball, AMD’s 2.4GHz part will be way cheaper than €250 or $280. This is just a price guideline as we are not aware of any price drops of the current 65 nanometre quad core parts.

Non-profit organization; they have been giving money for every CPU they sold in the last 12 months.

Ain't that the truth. Regardless of how "K10" does if they don't turn it around they will smack into the bottom... can't pay off long term debt when you are losing a few hundred million per quarter.
