 |  AMD Invests $7.5 Million In Transmeta As part of the investment, AMD will receive preferred shares of Transmeta. After the announcement, Transmeta shares rose 24 cents, or 34 percent, to 94 cents in late trading.  | Kicking my behind not buying the stock two months ago; been on the tracking list for four years  It will go above $1, because it is facing de-listing by Nasdaq if it does not go above $1.
