 |  AMD Greenland GPU rumored to arrive by 2016 According to a report published on Fudzilla, AMD is currently developing a next generation High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) card, codenamed Greenland. The GPU is said to debut next year. The report claims the new GPU could be manufactured on a 14nm or 16nm process and will use the HBM memory.
