 |  AMD Details Carrizo Mobile APU Chips Coming in 2015 AMD announced the upcoming release of its new mobile processors, Carrizo and Carrizo-L this week. The chips will ship in quad-core and dual-core versions, supporting DDR3 and DDR4 and will be available sometime in 2015.
