 |  Amazon To Collect Sales Tax In NJ Starting next year, Amazon will begin collecting sales tax in NJ. The company will also build two distribution centers in the state as well. Online retail giant Amazon.com plans to build two huge distribution centers in New Jersey, creating what Gov. Chris Christie said today will be 1,500 full-time jobs.
