Default Adata Ultimate SU800 SSDs use floating-gate 3D NAND

Adata is bringing out a new series of Ultimate SSDs today, spearheaded by the SU800. These 2.5-inch SATA drives will come in capacities from 128GB to 1TB, and they'll use 3D TLC flash memory. That density should Adata to keep costs down and prices low. Adata says it's using 3D floating-gate flash in the SU800, a strong suggestion this drive is using the same Micron 3D NAND we saw in Crucial's MX300.
