Default ADATA announces new Ultimate SU700 series SSDs

Based on 3D NAND

ADATA has announced its new Ultimate SU700 2.5-inch SATA 6Gpbs SSD series that will be using 3D NAND, paired up with a new Maxiotek controller.

To be available in 120GB, 240GB, 480GB and 960GB capacities, the new ADATA Ultimate SU700 series SSDs uses a standard 2.5-inch form-factor with SATA 6Gbps interface.
