Default $450 Thermaltake Xpressar Phase Change beats Thermalright TRUE by 7°C

The Xpressar Mico-Refrigeration unit simply blows all other cooling solutions out of the water. Of course, it is akin to bringing a .50 BMG to a knife fight. The other point is the noise, though I highly doubt anyone looking at phase-change cooling is putting together a home theater PC. Overall the Xpressar does what it is supposed to do and that’s cool down your CPU to sub-ambient temps for some extra overclocking.

Now for the reality check. The Xpressar unit has a target MSRP of USD $399 - $450 for the unit alone. If you would like to purchase the case and the Xpressar together be prepared to cough up USD $799 of your hard earned dollars. The cost of the Xpressar unit itself is reasonable when compared to other vapor exchange systems though I’ll let you decide if the complete system is worth the cost.
