Default 3D performance comparison of CrossFire, SLI, and 16X SLI

Dual graphics cards for gaming is nothing new. We first had a glorious taste of SLI when we paired two Canopus Pure3D 2 3dfx Voodoo 2 based cards what seems like so many years ago. Our ultimate goal was getting Quake frame rates up as high as possible. Today we bring you some of the first benchmarks comparing ATI's CrossFire and Nvidia's nForce 4 SLI and 16X SLI. Quake frame rates are again a major benchmark, and so things change, but stay then at the same time stay the same.
