12 Year Old Sues School For Facebook Privacy Invasion
 

The ACLU is suing a school district for giving a 12 year old student detention over sexual comments made on Facebook. Next up? The ACLU will sue Facebook for its lack of safeguards for allow 12 year old kids to sex chat. The 12-year-old sixth grade student, identified in court documents only as R.S., was on two occasions punished for statements she made on her Facebook account, and was also pressured to divulge her password to school officials, the complaint states.
