 |  12 Year Old Sues School For Facebook Privacy Invasion The ACLU is suing a school district for giving a 12 year old student detention over sexual comments made on Facebook. Next up? The ACLU will sue Facebook for its lack of safeguards for allow 12 year old kids to sex chat.
