WTB/WTT AMD 780g m-atx board (if not a 780g then m-atx)

I'm looking for a m-atx 780g AMD motherboard, I dont have much money, willing to pay $45 or willing to trade for an Ultra LSP 600W power supply.

I live in USA TX.

I have a brand new, only open to inspect, Ultra LSP 600W

Here is my Heatware; its empty because I've never sold anything online
