I have check all, I still have :

1 STICK 300 MHz 2.5-4-3-5 = > 89 €in

Take last KITS ! They are not worst, certify 280 MHz with margin... these kits are largely in the average TCCD

I sell also my 2 sticks of TCCD504 !!
They are exceptional in single: 315-320 MHz 2.5-4-3-5 @ 2.8V memtest86+ OK ...
But they have a bugs in dual...
In single and dual, they can make one night of memtest86+ without problem! But in dual on Windows, they freeze all the time ... unexplainable!
They are perfect for single on DFI nF3 250Gb or other ... I sell them for 95 in/stick.

2 memstick and especialy in Dual Channel mode mostly gives a lower stable oc.

he's talking about speed stable in memtest not being stable in windows.

I've experienced the same in my testing, memtest stability does not garantuee stability in windows or games/apps;
