SuperPi 32M is allready a good stability testing program

You can colck ~100MHz higher for SuperPi stability than for Prime95 stability.

What's really strange - 25°C idle on 1.73V? What kind of watercooling is it - ice water?

Listen up:

Maybe max Async Latency and Read Preamble time are chocking your OC.

Set it to 8 or 9 !!
If that don't work try async at auto and preamble to 7ns

And post cpu-z + a64 tweaker.

or put your memory as low as possible, if i am testing my cpu i set it at 100 mhz devider.

That's nor true
In Water with normal Vcore on A64 90nm ... the diff between SPI 32M and Prime 95 or OCCt for few hours at few MHz (minder than 10 MHz).
