tip :
if it's supposed to NEVER open again => LOCK-TITE is what you need It comes in different tubes/variations, and is mostly colored deep blue. Mechanics use it all the time.
Better than any silicone, and guaranteed leakfree

[dutch]Om die koppelstukken te bevestigen op het blok, smeren ze ook eerst de schroefdraad in daarmee, komt nooit meer los/lekt nooit [/dutch]

Could you make a custom GF FX block for use with the four mountingholes around the core?

Should be about 5.5*5.5 with M2 holes 48mm apart from the center.
If yes, how much?

it's possible with the brackets I make. they don't look good, but they fit about everything.

they cost 45€ a piece: sanded, polished and guaranteed leak-proof. what fittings do you want?

But it wouldn't be possible to make the base 5.5*5.5 with the M2 mounting point in the corners?

sorry, my copper is only 5cm wide

but I might epoxy a bigger copperplate (2mm thick) under the waterblock, with holes in it

finished blocks

Today I've shipped piotke's block, an urgent order (it has to arrive tomorrow). it's lapped, but not polished up (takes quite some time).

it's optimized for peltier usage, let's hope Piotke likes my block
