How can Prescott be running hot if Dell could house it in this case and sell them to people who never assembled computers?

and i bet dell wont sell something that run's TO hot for the proc, OK, it will run hot but it wont kill the cpu because of the heat.

dell is good for preasembled pc's

I don't think it will kill the CPU; or it will be under warranty. The question remains what you don't know sometimes won't hurt you.;)

pack all space space inside with aluminum.
