My 2x512modules (TwiWi) do about 220 2-2-2 on 2.75 volts, these are prime stable and 24-7 settings. However, they don't do 200 2-2-2 on 2.65, which I still do not get.

I've ran my P4c800 with 4x512 (ch-5) as well. It didn't like tight timings but ran fine 2.5-3-3-7 with default volts.

Not at all. FarCry ran just fine with my system and only 512mb ram. R9800@ 450/385 and everything on max detail but no AA/AF.

that's what I wanted to hear...
I could run my cpu at 4.2 or so with the GT, and set the ram to 5:4 which would mean 215-220 mhz at cas 2,2-2-5, and with a x800pro Oced, so I don't need to buy any more ram

for the record, my XP1800 @ 2200MHz with 1024 apacer ram runs farcry just fine.
Only the R9800XT is a bit laggy on 6 AA

You can mod the pro to a XT so don't worry about farcry my dear
