At about 3 times the price per gigabyte, it's A LOT more expensive then regular IDE/SATA drives.
If you need the speed, and SCSi is too much, it could be worth it. But is a middle option, SCSi for speed, and IDE/regular SATA for size/price.
For a regular power user, that is not one with a lot money to spend, or a unhealthy need for speed, it's probably not worth concidering. The next version might improve however (the 74/37GB versions that is)

5 years warranty !

74GB version should be a little faster and quieter.

That warranty part is something I'm not buying.
I've been having some really bad experience with WD lately. Lots of broken noisy and unreliable drives.
So what's better, a drive with 1 year warranty that never has to be repaired, or a drive with 5 year warranty that breaks down every year. (along with your data)
