Default the proof, large fans are the alpha and omega

link

well, time to take rip off the plastic and ducttape a 120 on it

and yes, I do noticed this part:

Quote:
In our compact SFF case heat doesn’t leave the case as fast as most towers thus dissipated heat from the GPU fan can typically float around the case and increase the CPU and case temperature.

Any other reviews of the VF900 vs the Accelero X2? I'm between eventually buying one of those, but I always read more then one review before spending my hard earned (I work at UPS loading trucks )cash. I'm looking for the quiter of the two I wish SPCR or [M] would do a review of these two D: .

if silence is your main concern, the Accelero will make you very happy

even at full speed, it's barely audible and it lacks the horrible whine some smaller fans have and it's adjustable with ATI tool so even SPCR readers can be satisfied

it takes a hot card too to make it heat up, a 7800GT at stocks speeds is no challenge for the Accelero which it cool at even the slowest fan speed.
