Default power supply for my system

i have
AMD Atlon 64 3000
ASUS M2N-E nForce 570 ultra
7300GT 256 ddr2
memory still searching the right one

2 WD 160Gb 7200Rpm
1 DVD-ROM
1 DVD-RW
6 case led fan 80mm
please help me to choose the right power supply for this config.

You don't need anything fancy, 350W should normaly do the trick, but try looking for a 400W model, you always need some kind of margin.

i got 500W PSU with
+3.3v-14A
+5v-28A
12v-18A
-5v-0.5A
-12v-0.8A
+5VSB-2A
is this good?

For memory I'd suggest DDR800 and from wjhat I've read the board doesn't give a lot of VDIMM, so memory overclocking might be a problem? Perhaps flashing to BIOS 0304 will help, this is recommended anyway.

Also leave the memory settings on Auto if they run at CAS4 the chipst may not handle this, I'm not sure why but I think it's because tjhey place a voltage limit on the NB to prevent 590 "like modifications" unfortunately this also effects memory performance.

Anand has a "offcial" thread although i don't know how muchg it may help.

Can you give me a few store names where you live and I'll look for some memory deals for you?
