Default New grafic card

my brother killed his Geforce MX440, the memory is f*cked and he gets lines all over the screen (screenshot)

Now we are looking for a new card but the budget is limited (120 Euro)

What kind of card do you advise (Belgian shops only)?

Specs of his pc: AMD XP2000+, 256 mb, NF7 mobo
He is no die hard gamer so he doesn't need all high frames, he us used to play NFSU2 and Roller Coaster Tycoon with his old MX440 but some improvement would be welcome

Second hand 9700/9800 seems to be the right choice.

I know but buying second hand is still a risk.

I prefer a new one.

It's not the greatest, and I'm not sure how available it is over there (I'm in the USA) but I'm having decent luck with my old ATI 9200 128meg. Over here, they run between $80-100 USD.

Just a thought...
