Default need help with downloading

Hi
We are living with 6 people in a house, and we are connected with eachother with a router, and als with Telenet.
Is there a program with I can track, see, what every individual downloads?

if you want to control what user's can see / do on the internet
install a small routerPC with 2 networkcards & run a proxy server (Jana proxy = very easy to use + free )
that way you control everything
