perhaps an inopportune announcement but I do not agree with you, it's quite vague: there's no price, there is no indication about availability. Just vaporware.

Those who need/wish to buy an item in the near future, will not wait for something hypotetical.

Those who wish for something better, will always wait when that better will come since then something better will come out later even then

better to wait again then
