| no wait; that mobo is for Socket A (your CPU) the MSI you mention K9N is for latest AMD socket AM2 so your CPU won't work with that mobo for a good Socket A mobo I can recommend Abit NF7-S or DFI nForce2 Infinity. try ebay/forums/2nd hand, should get your hands on it quite cheap.

| your current cpu won't work with that motherboard. And your gpu won't work on that mobo either (the msi k9n neo).
