Default mp(e)g & Opera

I'm looking for a plugin that alows me to play mp(e)g movies in opera, like in IE.
I've already googled, but only found something for Linux Opera.

use apple quicktime plugin and let quicktime handle .mpeg.

used to be a problem too in firefox.
