Default A Monitor Question

I have a 21 inch CRT monitor and have a few spare 80mm slow moving fans i wonder if i could use it too cool my monitor "and yes they do get warm inside thats why they put a million holes in the case" i wonder if a fan might help extend the life of the monitor " 21 inch CTR ARE NOT THAT CHEAP" the high voltage area does get very hot i have not read any coments on fans on monitors "

A few years ago I saw an article from a guy that modded his Iiyama. He used a fan to suck the hot air out. It is possible .

Blackrabbit had a monitor with a fan ontop of it, sucking the warm air out. The picture is probably still circulating on the internet.
