Low voltage rails?

This has been bothering me for a while now.

My Power supply unit is the Antec True Power II 550W model. The point is that the PSU came with a little fan/voltage control board that could be placed in a spare 5.25" drive bay. Well, it's a grey plastic (kinda cheap looking) thing and it doesnt match with my case. Not to mention I wanted to keep a 5.25" slot free for storing un-needed cables (sadly I can't rout cables behind my chasie in order to hide them). Point being, I didn't think twice about using it.

Recently since I have started overclocking my board I have been keeping an eye on the voltage rails and I personally think they are too low and may be the reason for some of my very "random" pc shut downs. So, I'm pretty much acusing them of causing "unstability" in my overclocking.

Now, I booted into BIOS and took a picture from the readings (get the same readings with 3rd party Speed Fan app BTW)

BIOS:

SpeedFan:

Arn't the 12v, 5v, and 3.3v supposed to run AT LEAST at the reference voltages (IE 12v@12v, 5v@5v, etc...) ? I see some other readins from people on other forums and they have the running even higher!

Maybe Antec actually requires me to use their control panel in order to correct the voltage levels myself? I would rather not use their controll panel if I don't have to for conveniant issues, but if this case is true then I guess I have no choice. Anyone any info?

Hehe, well I kinda found the answer for myself =P. Yes indeed The Antec True Power True Controll II does require you to install the 5.25" controll panel in order to run voltages correctly. It has adjustable voltage nobs (for 12v, 5v, 3.3, and even fan voltage adjustment). The nobs are clear and have 2 damped blue LEDs below them (has a great effect to it). The only thing is the color, its metalic grey (and the plastic texture is rough instead of smooth). Color was easily fixed by going down to wal-mart and buying your avarage $1.75 black spray paint (all surface) and $3.25 clear adhesive. Color matches the black Optical Drive bays so everything is great, and it works well:
