 |  my enermax 350w had 4.73v when used with an XP1700+@1800 - 1.8v vcore... and that was at 0% CPU usage.. when 100% came.. it dropped to 4.68V :/  old aopen 300w had 5.15v in the same condition

 | Hmm, all I know is that zalman PSU's have a very strong 12V line, their 5V-3.3V line was a bit weaker, but still very good. And shouldn't CPU voltage be derived from the 12V line?
