The serial number you provided already has an RMA number assigned to it. If you require further assistance, contact an Hitachi Global Storage Technologies technical support center.

those drives were already RMA'd by Comtech

send them a friendly email with Serial number & all the data

RMA expires within 30 days. You should be able to file a new one.
And if they have been RMA'ed by us, it means they have been swapped for now ones, and thus should have other serials.

You sure you didn't fill it in already, maybez the site crashed but it went trough.
