Default How to make a windows Service

I have some programs which I want to run as a windows service.

There was a program which this made possible.

Problem is I forgot the name of that program.

Anyone has an idea?

can you set it to start automatically when the PC is booted, no users needs to be logged on for it to run; the application has to support this mode of operation though
