try HL2, Doom3 and other games, those X2 CPU's have tendecies to "mess" up gaming experience

also, I see you have Audigy 2 ZS, what drivers are you using? any problems with DVD playback (surround) or games with EAX?

So far I can tell the Sasmung is brilliant, fast and quiet. Im still lacking a working windows accustic management tool to make it silent.

Case is also very good value for the money, the build quality is still Lian Li while the price is Coolermaster. 1000RPM fans are silent. Unfortunatly you can only get it from one shop.

Hi John , are you suffering problems?

I have an Audigy 2 ZS as well, let me know what drivers you have and I'll have a look here?

no matter what CREATIVE drivers I use; PC hangs with playback of DVD, or when playing MP3, or gaming.

it's a confirmed issue (not by creative) with Audigy2 and nForce3/4 chipsets; as well as some Intel chipsets.

I'm working the KXdrivers, which don't have EAX, but at least they let me use the card in my PC

dunno if this is the same problem, but with my dfi lanparty sli-d sometimes my sound acts weird for a few seconds. It goes in very fast shocks and after 1-2 seconds it plays normal again.
