it's for a "suitcase" mod and I guess there won't be enough space (and money) for several hdd's linux, windows xp, some media center os,...

What do you mean with "my wireless keyb doesn't work in dos"? What has (MS?)DOS got to do with it?

Grub or lilo doesn't work?

i'm planning it, i'm not installing it. I used the microsoft dual boot thingy just to test it. My wireless keyboard only works in the bios but not in dos appz like bios flashing programs. And offcourse it would look very cool to have a real switch in my suitcase where i can switch between the os's

that's one lousy wireless keyboard; my logitech works always. dos/linux/bios/windows/tetris.

then it should work in the BIOS; I have the same keyboard.

it must idd work in the bios, I got also a wireless logitech keyboard.

USB or ps/2?

usb, but it's not only for the keyboard that I want it, i want it for the leetness
