Default Does anyone own Mushkin?

I am kind of helping Mushkin learn a bit more about the people who buys its products, and need your help!

Do you know what Mushkin is?

Do you own any Mushkin products? If so, which ones do you own? Are you pleased with the performance? What do you not like about the products?

Have you thought about purchasing Mushkin before? What stopped you?

Our John Cook who lives in Illinois used to be our Mushkin guru if system memory is what you are referring to

Yes I know what a Mushkin is.

I do not own any Mushkin products, I used to only shop Crucial memory because back with DDR1 their products simply worked where others often didn't, and timings could always be counted on to have room for tightening, even with their value ram.

With DDR2 I looked at Mushkin, but even with their little discount program their prices were way to high verses the rollercoaster pricing of the general market. I tried Corsair and now I'll never go back... didn't help my Crucial Ballistix is severely board-limited since it doesn't boot at 1.8v.

There is something to be said when Corsair's cheapest kits of 800MHz RAM for the past 1 1/2 years will do 4-3-3-9 at stock volts of 2.1v, but boot error free at 1.8v.

Owned some level 2 Black DDR with the infamous winbond chips on them a while ago, was the best memory money could buy back then.

Reviewed the PC8000 redline a while back. Liked it a lot. Only a bit low on the voltage warranty compared to some others, and told Lee about it at the time. Again, liked it a lot, and would buy Mushkin again, if I ever need to buy memory again that is
