Default Can anyone tell me if this will be a good build?

Ok i'm spending $1200 on a new PC... I have all these parts picked out but I want to know if they will go good together and I won't have any problems.

I have all the wires and CD Drives, monitors, keyboard, speakers and all that from my old PC

Good choices, only thing I would change is the CPU: 4200+ instead of 4400+ (better value for money) and Seagate 200+GB HDD instead of WD (quieter)
