Default BIOS f*cked up ?

Since this morning I have problemps with my computer, it won,'t boot . It can post, but after that, only the flat line blinking on my screen (it normaly should load the SATA bios then).
I also can't acces the BIOS, again, the flat line blinking on the screen (first somewhere in the middle, than a bit lower and the on top) and my printer (Deskjet 670C parallel) start taking paper and spitting it out again .
I'm going to try to flash it later (afraid of doing a CMOS clear :S ).

Ow, my specs:
Abit NF7-s v2.0
AMD AthlonXP 2500+
2*256Mb DDR400 Twinmos
Sapphire R9600 PRO

Flashed my BIOS and now it's working. Still don't know what caused this . MBM log, window log nor folding log shows anything weird (had set it to shut down automaticly @ 8am ).
