I have just read at ES that the cheap Conroe 6400 with the cheap 965 boards clocks insane. That might be a worthy investment when going single card (which is the best on budget).

apparently, the steppig 5 on the 4 MB conroes lets boards only go to 400, while the 4 on the 2 MB chips lets boards do 500 and 480 MHz (retail boards)

I have 400watt PSU now if get PSU with higher watt is that mean my electricity bill raising?
