ASUS P5P800S => what chipset and ram?

I'm really close to buying these hardware items.
But before I do, I would like to be certain it's a good buy and the components will work troublefree together.

I'm wondering:

1. Is ASUS P5P800S a good mobo.

I will not be overclocking.
Use: desktop, webdev (with 3 application-servers), photo-editing, ...

2. Can I use this processor?
Quote:

Intel
Model Pentium 4
Type 540
Speed 3,2 GHz
System Bus 800 MHz
Cache 1 MB L2
Platform Socket 775
3. Is this the correct memory?
Quote:

Twinmoss DDR 512MB PC-3200
Thx for helping out this hardware n00b

If that's what you need; try looking into P5P800, a better chipset than the 848.
