Default Asus Maximus II Formula worth the price?

Wel its easy
I was wondering if the Asus Maximus II Formula is really worth it?
I've been looking around for a decent mobo for overclocking, gaming.
And wel to be honoust there are sow many different types and also the prices are going from 244€ to 150€ and wel like i would say in dutch " Kzie het bos niet meer door de bomen"

The asus P5Q also looks a good one. Sow could you guy's give me a litle hand in choosing the correct mobo
Also # Support Intel next generation 45nm Multi-Core CPU
# Intel® P45/ICH10R

I have been looking at this motherbord. I am wondering what will be the best buy.

And please forgive my english. I do try but well its not that good

Default Ddr3?

I guess it boils down to ddr ram speeds, type and FSB. The board you are looking at used ddr2 ram and can be OCed to 1600 according to the specs. If you go with a P5N64 or Striker II they run DDR3 with an OC FSB of 2000. Just a matter of how much you are willing to spend but these boards fall in your price range I think? (i think my dollar conversion is close).
