|  giga bit RJ45 nics PCI33 aren't that expensive anymore, they can be bought for about 35 - 40 €

| I don't know of anyone that would rent gigabit NICs. There is too high of chance for them to get damaged from being installed and removed all the time. |

| If you know it's for a lan, then you also know that the people there know how to treat hardware...
