if you spend 70 more you can get a 2nd memory stick of 256mb PC2700 & run the 2 in DCDDR, giving your PC a speedboost of 5-10% in everyday applications & games

that brings down the price alot
get some 2x apacer DDR instead
& swap the 40gb for a larger maxtor drive (maxtor = pretty silent)

did some searching and found this one

AMD Athlon XP 1700+ T-BRED 70.59
Abit NF7 nForce2 SocketA 123.65
2x 256MB DDRRAM DIMM PC333 Corsair CL2 253.58
DVD IDE LG GDR/DRD-8161B 16*/48* 48.72
120GB IDE Western Digital 1200JB 193.74
Samsung Floppy FDD 3.5" 1.44MB 10.98
Sapphire 128MB ATI Radeon 9500Pro 218.13
Miditower Chieftec CS601 black 360W 104.32

total = 1023.71 @ e-bug.de

+ delivery = +- 1050 --> is this a good choice?
'cause i thought 1700+ are good OC CPU's

.de is indeed much cheaper
but for a full system I would prefer shopping local, that is in my humble opinion
