Closed: grouped order thermal pads Chomerics T412 (136 left)
 

In de pdf van de thermal pads:

- Beide oppervlakken die samengeplakt moeten worden schoonmaken
- De kant met de transparante film (donkergrijs) op de te koelen componenten zetten (chipsets, mosfets, memory, enz.)
- Heatsink of andere koelingselement wordt dus geplakt langs de kant waar jullie die blauwe, getextureerde beschermingsfolie zien)
- Naargelang de temperatuur, een zekere druk oefenen (cfr. tabel pagina 3 van de pdf.

70% van de plakkracht ontstaat bij het aanbrengen, 80 tot 90% na 15 minuten en maximum na anderhalve dag (36 uur).

Voor het knippen van de pads, ze moeten ongeveer 1mm kleiner zijn dan de basis van de heatsink.

I don't think it does, but I'll check... EDIT: Haven't found anything, but if it's like bandaids, it would be stickier the longer you have them :^D

It isn't really suited for CPUs... It's rathered used as interface between components and heatsinks, which need to be fixed, cos no holes or wathever to fix the heatsinks.

So, it's good for MOSFETs, memory chips, some PWM chips and even southbridge... That's all...

PS: Shin-Etsu is out :D You better use AS5 or Nanotherm PCM+, which are the 2 best thermal pastes for CPUs...
