I don't know a S939 Dual mobo, but these Opteron have a San Diego die .. same performance than other San Diego :)
Good for gaming ! AMD :D

Not this one. The 1 in 144 stands for single CPU systems. And there is no way to make them work in a dual system. 2xx, 4xx, 8xx can do that, but you can't pop four 2xx CPU's in a quad-way motherboard, it wont work.
