Careful!!!! Avoid This Company!!!!

I'm talking about D-Tek, it's inacceptable the way they treat their clients... We've been waiting for almost a month just waiting them to communicate their prices...

They are constantly ignoring us....

Frankly, I haven't seen such a poor service.....

I hope my warning will get to you all...

Waiting for a month ... nothing unreasonable if it is a specialty item.
I've waited longer than that ...

What did you order ?

It was a grouped order....

I ordered 6 nylon hose clamps, a chipset cooler and a TC-4 waterblock....

But I'm upset especially by their attitude: they sent a mail (a week ago) with excuses.... But since then we haven't got any respons :grum: :grum: :grum:

In fact, we only got a reaction when we told that we would cancel our order and to go buying by DangerDen....

There was a waiting period of 6 months for my d-tek spir@l. It was worth it.

Still, you don't apologize and then ignore again....

I feel abused... :grum: :grum: :grum:

And the Maze 4 from DangerDen is a vulgar copy of the Zytrablock...
