Default wrong bios?

i bought a P5Q DELUXE mb (untested) from e-bay tried it and all fans and lights lit up and stayed on but there was no beeps and no signal to the monitor.
so i went through the normal things: 1 stick of ram different vid card swapping things around and nothing got a beep or signal so i thought with this board having 2 bioschips(1 as a backup)i could swap them over.
after swapping them over i turned it on ...Beep it posted so i put it into the case and booted it up only to find it thinks its a P5QL PRO.
so i tried flashing it with the DELUXE bios but it wont do it,is the P5QL PRO bios chip smaller than the DELUXE?

You can try hot flashing the faulty bios again :

Boot the rig with the working bios; start up EZ flash, swap the 2 bios chips again on the mobo, load up ya fav P5Q Dlx bios from a USB stick (make sure it was plugged in before starting the pc) , I can heartly recommend 1406 bios and then flash it...

P5Q Dlx marking should be on the PCB mate...
