porn spam

I do not visite any porn sites / bikini babes / ... or other erotic sites.
Yet my mailbox gets a fair ammount of spam "teenage sluts", "analfantasy", ... i get like 10 to 20 such mails a week. I always block them ... but it doesn't stop.
Other spam is business related (sort of) and i can understand how they got my adress ... but them pornmails ... ???
1) how do they get my adress ?
2) why do they keep sending the **** ?
3) I'm i the only one who gets it ?
Curious thing is that my skynet (adsl) pop accounts gets the 10 to 20 "erotic" mails ... and my cable pop-account rarely gets them.

telenet rarely gets spam,
but in hotmail it just keeps on coming

I even get spam on my madshrimps mail account :wtf:

I think there's some script which tries every possible hotmail account, and remembers the one who really exist.

I get "get a free diploma" mail a couple times a week. If you see who they send it to, you see:
frederikblabla..@hotmail.com
frederikblabla2...@
frederikblabla3...@
...
=> sounds like thy're trying every possible account. Either that or someone at the hotmail staff is leaking addresses.

I never get porn on my hotmail account, except a few days ago: five in one day!? WTF? :wtf:

No kazaa, gamespy, audiogalaxy, ... i do not download MP3's, *****, ... still get them mails.
I have 5 accounts on skynet, 3 accounts are for the other users, 2 are mine ... i get the spam only on my accounts. Maybe it is still a leftover from installing ICQ (blame Jmke).
Further annoying thing is that i explained this to my wife and now she tells everyone that i do nottin' but surf the web for sexypics. She left me no choice than answering each time : "that's a sign i don't get enough noukie at home" ... I'm glad she stopped spreading that nasty rumour now :^)

it's strange that they don't send spam to my kul-adresse (they prolly block it)
Btw, icq sucks, i get lot of span of their like all the users do, stuff like Hi i'm melanie, you wanna meet me? I always ignore them but they still keep coming. Alot of freeware has spy-ware, so they check habit in surfing and get all you e-mail accounts)

Does anyone know which program stops spam?

Bosw8er, have you tried Adaware? It removes spyware from your comp (which may be sending your email to spamm0rs :grum: ).
