 |  Man divorces wife over Youtube video A wife’s tearful YouTube rant against her husband has earned her a divorce and eviction. 52-year-old Tricia Walsh Smith filled a six minute video with lurid details about her husband’s sex life and prenuptial agreement. The husband, Philip Smith, sued Tricia for spousal abuse for the callous nature of the videos and a New York state Supreme Court agreed. Now, Tricia has been ordered by the judge leave the New York home by the end of the month. The judge also finalized the divorce terms. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/jul/23/usa.youtube
