Things are getting from bad to worst ... still don't have the actual death toll.

I've heard on the news that it will take 3 months before all the water is gone and 9 months before the last persons can return to their homes

The city is below sea level.

New Orleans is the same as Holland, surrounded by dikes which broke open from two fronts north from the Mississisippi River and South from the Gulf (ocean).

Americans will get this over.

The only Country offers help insofar is France. Something that will remember for a long long time. Watching the Newsupdate from News Channels is making me sick.

Its worst than 9/11.

It was a total ****up by people in charge. Medical doctors from stranded hospitals are coming out to speak after 5 days without receiving any help. Nurses were giving each other IV to keep each other alive in order to help patiences in the hospitals.

Surely, some of the people in charge of the situation will be dealt with afterward. There is an old saying "to keep an army for a thousand-day to be used for the moment". In New Orleans, the moment came and no help for days.
