HL2 is almost here. its LONG ago since I've bought a game, and most games are in my humble opinion not worth the money.

soo, I'd like to buy HL2 but I'm not sure. what version should I buy, because those lamers made DoD Source an additional pack you have to pay for. is DoD on the steam engine the only mod you have to pay for?

so if I'm not mistaken, stuff like CS:source comes for free if you own HL². I hope HL² is worth it's money, the single player story isn't that important to me. I'd just like to know if HL² is worth as much its money as HL was back in the days.

the shop version is HL2 Bronze, which includes HL2 & CS:S

for HL1:S and DOD:S you need to buy HL2 Silver package through steam.. like me

I'll simply be buying it next week in shops with bons

have 400 euro of fanc-bons, that should be enough for hl2, some books, some empty dvd-r media, some cds and some presents for my nephews.
