Specially when aiming at overclocking. every dual core from Intel I had reached 3 GHz with boxed cooler on basic boards.

But the Amd R cheaper & I hear theyre good.
Anyway, what's the equivilant of Intel? 6600? How do I OC exactly? (never done it before..)
And is nothing holding back the graphics card performance? (enough RAM\memo ?)

AMD is okay, there are not THAT far behind, you will not notice the difference.
