Default Who is my pc talking to?

Since two days my system is continiously transmitting data (tx, rx and lan lights on the modem flashing as if I'm downloading stuff).

Did virus check with nav 2003 and an online scanner; ran adaware & spybot, nothing found.

Can I find out who it is talking to?
